How To Use
Hold the Lever on The Handle and Lift The Handle to Open The Ratchet.
Press the Strap Though The Crossbar On The Handle and Bring It Back Up to The Crossbar.
Pump The Ratchet Up And Down, Tighten The Strap Around The Cargo.
To Lock The Strap In Place, Close The Ratchet Completely.
To Release The Strap , Open The Handle Fully And Pull The Strap out.
